Tamie has over 16 years of experience as a stylist, and she continues to be passionate about making people look fabulous! She began as an educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems before she opened her own salon in her home in 2000. Tamie expanded into Riverstone's current location in 2005 and loves serving the Longfellow Community. She is a home owner in the area as well as a wife and mother of two beautiful children. All of Tamie's guests receive a thorough consultation, relaxing scalp massage, and a customized cut, color, and style. As a business owner, Tamie enjoys welcoming new clients, partnering with local organizations, and helping our neighborhood live healthier and more relaxing lives!

Dave's roots became a foundation for his future in the Merriam Park area of St. Paul. Dave returns to the area as an asset for Riverstone's clients, co-workers, and the business itself. Dave's experience and trainings evolved in childhood and exploded into the industry with years of hands-on experience and education. He is well-rounded in his profession as an educator and retail specialist. Dave is also a loving husband and father of three. His wife, 2 sons, and daughter support his career. Dave is passionate in all areas of salon services and offers his clients an amazing experience in coloring, haircutting, perms, relaxwers, and all nail services. Angie Reff is approaching 20 years of experience working in the salon and spa industry. She specializes in everything from haircuts to hair color, manicures, pedicures, lip and brow waxing. Although she does it all, she would state her speciality is rooted in her love for helping people facilitate the changes they need to make to look and feel better about themselves. Sometimes the transformation is a leap of faith. Working at Riverstone has allowed her to express her passion for beauty but more importantly she loves making her clients feel beautiful. When she's not doing what she loves, she is spending time with the ones she loves. She has an extraordinary husband and three boys. Kara Anderson has been with Riverstone Salon and Spa since December of 2011. She is originally from Hutchinson, MN and moved to Minneapolis in 2006 to attend The Aveda Institute. Throughout her career, she has attended several advanced education classes for advanced color, cutting, and styling techniques. Her favorite things to do are haircuts and colors because the result can be so dramatic. She loves her career because she loves helping people feel better about themselves, which is very rewarding. Plus, she truly enjoys meeting new people everyday. Kara would also love to meet you soon!

Danielle has been a hairstylist for 4 years and is a graduate of The Aveda Institute. She has assisted Horst (Founder of Aveda) and David Adams (Aveda color educator) and is always continuing her education to stay on top of the latest techniques and styles. She has a passion for easy to manage hair and is more than happy to work with your hair to get it that way. She believes that everyone can have great hair even if they don't have the time to put into it. Danielle lives in the Longfellow neighborhood with her husband and their 3 children. Outside of hair her interests include: digging in the garden, sewing, playing with the kids, and generally having a good time.

Nellie brings over 15 years of beauty industry experience to Riverstone Salon and Spa. She is a Skincare Specialist who specializes in relaxing facials, natural chemical peels as well as beauty and brows including: make-up for special events, weddings, airbrush makeup, brow design and body waxing. Nellie is very knowledgeable and loves helping clients discover new versions of their own beauty.

Sara has been with Riverstone since October 2009. Her modalities are Swedish, Deep Tissue, and NMT; sometimes utilizing all three during most sessions as to give you the greatest benefit to your massage. Sara says, "It is my intention to have you feeling better when you walk out of here, than when you first walked in." You will be greatly relaxed after your first visit with Sara.
